I have never been more disappointed in a 10,000+ purchase in my entire life. We were led to believe that this mattress was the best for quality, comfort and craftsmanship. The quality and craftsmanship is acceptable however the comfort is nearly unbearable. After complaining the first time, we were encouraged to purchase a cashmere topper ($1376) and then also added a foam topper. We tried looking for a solution through our rep at Cottswood and she said we could have it re-stuffed for an extra $4000 but suggested we wait a year or so because they need a break in period. It’s been 2 years and it is still horrible to the point where we are considering a bed in a box after sleeping on one and loving it. I am not looking for any compensation. I will not spend another dime to refurbish it. I just want everyone looking to buy this mattress aware that price does not equal comfort. Look elsewhere.
