Effective November 10, 2015, Tree Island Steel acquired the assets of Irving Wire Products Corporation (Irving) of Calgary, Alberta. Under the terms of the purchase agreement, Tree Island Steel will lease Irving's existing facility in Calgary and continue to manufacture and deliver a broad range of high-quality welded wire reinforcement and wire products.
