Bad company to work for, 3 years worked and got told I quit on my roe instead of firing me and paying me severance. Be prepared to buy coveralls, all your gloves, safety glasses and hardhat. Their employees are great, definitely need to be treated better for what they do for the owners. They treat you like a replaceable pawn which they’re not wrong, chat-gpt could do the job if you gave it all the inputs.They do no upkeep maintenance on trucks because it would cost them money. Monkeys have more organized shit fights than how they keep up with truck maintenance.
