CEL is an Alberta based consulting firm whose objective is to provide integrity assessment and start-up service to the oil, gas petrochemical industries in Canada. CEL Quality Services offers inspection services of in-service boiler and pressure vessels, API 653 above ground storage tank inspections, installation inspections, facility assessments, data management, turnaround planning, failure analysis, used equipment assessments, shop inspection of repairs, Chief Inspector Services, coordinating repairs and certification of routine repairs to pressure vessels. CEL Quality Services Ltd holds Certificate of Authorization Permit AQP-9029 issued by ABSA to perform integrity assessments of pressure equipment in the province of Alberta. Only experienced, trained and certified inspection personnel are used for all inspection activities. CEL Quality Services is also ISN and Complyworks compliant.
