The co-founder of American Express’s VIP service, Amy Barnett, created France’s first private concierge service over 17 years ago. She has a long-standing commitment to high standards and customer service, which she provides to a number of prestigious companies.



After initially specialising in upmarket events and B to B, she worked with leading European fair and exhibition site organisers in Paris and other major French cities. She then made use of the expertise she gained
in this field to cater to private clients.



With American-style professionalism, she cultivates a tradition of customer service, where the key values are expertise and bespoke service, high standards and perfectionism, loyalty and proximity, transparency and ethics, to meet her clients’ every need in their professional and private
