TurCon Construction Group was founded in 1994 by Cliff Turner and Mike O’Connor. Cliff Turner came from the firm of Turner & Sons Construction Ltd., a third generation family business which has operated as a General Contractor and Construction Manager in the Grande Prairie area for over 40 years.
