extremely unhelpful and rude. my landlord gave him my info to call me about an issue i was having with my heat cutting out periodically and not kicking back in. when i explained to him what was going on he told me that it made no sense and refused to come check it out because "it was working fine right now so nothings wrong" turned out it was something wrong with the flame sensor, which was causing the temperatures to dip down to 17 degrees in the middle of an extreme cold warning when i have two small children. something that the other company they called were able to figure out right away.
