ARM Energy Management (AEM) - ARM Energy Management (AEM) is engaged in the marketing of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil for both producer and consuming clients throughout the United States. AEM offers a wide variety of reliable and competitively priced energy management services to our clients delivering tangible value. The client's needs are determined and then a mutual plan is developed aligning AEM's efforts with the client's needs.


- Marketing: taking title to production, contract negotiations, term, month-to-month, pricing (index, fixed or daily)

- Transportation: truck dispatch and coordination, pipeline nominations, rail cars and barges and all related tracking

- Asset Management: optimization of assets delivering value to clients and minimizing stranded costs, wellhead to market

- Scheduling: nominations, balancing, scheduling and tracking, reconciliation and contract compliance

- Reporting: monthly production reports, production monitoring, contract compliance, netbacks, invoicing, transactional documentation

ARM Resources - ARM Resources was formed to support the resource development needs of North American E&P's. Our experienced team purchases non-operated working interests and participates in drilling programs as a financial partner, providing a non-debt alternative to growing producers. ARM also has the balance sheet to develop midstream infrastructure to help existing clients access premium markets and realize higher netback prices. From gas to liquids, we have the expertise to partner with you to develop gathering, processing, storage and transportation assets.
